Yes, You Were Born to Live and Die FREE: Inaugural Blog

Just by being conceived and BORN a human being, an individual possesses and OWNS certain inalienable, unabridgeable civil liberties, bestowed upon us all, by God. Or as the greatest talk radio show host of all time, Rush Limbaugh used to say, by “God-duh.”

Others’ unawareness of, or disbelief in the existence of God DOES NOT exempt anyone from THE LAWFUL OBLIGATION to respect your civil liberties and your rights to your bodily autonomy as a sovereign human being, as a lawful abider of Constitutional laws, and as an individual—from conception, to carehome.

As Ayn Rand once said, “The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot [rightfully] claim to be defenders of minorities,” as double-talking inciters of social unrest, like leftist politicians often try to do. It is also said, that one can judge a society by how they treat their most defenseless, such as the unborn, the disabled and the elderly or infirm. For as Ghandi once said, a society is only as just as the manner by which it treats it’s weakest members. And as Malcolm Forbes once said, the measure of an individual is by which one treats someone who can do absolutely nothing to advance them. A person’s true character is what one does when no one is looking. But this writer digresses…

Founding Father and pamphleteer Thomas Paine, author of “The American Crisis” and "Common Sense," in 1776 said,

"The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will...in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but those that stand by it now [the soldier of winter who braves and resists the cold of tyranny], deserve the love and thanks of man and woman." Paine encouraged and promoted the idea that Americans should never be fair-weathered friends to their country, but to stand by the principles of God-given individual liberty that our nation embodies and on which we were founded, through thick or thin.

You were born free, to live free—and to die in FREEDOM—NOT in the “safety” and “security” of Communist/Woke captivity, nestled in the grody, micromanaging arms, figuratively speaking, of an authoritarian nanny state that dictates to you, among other things, where to live; what to eat; what car to drive; how to speak; what to inject into yourself and your children—or aging parents; what is taught to your children; what pronouns to say, even if it’s not an accurate representation of who you’re describing, etc., etc.,…The annoying and frightening to-do list of tyrannical government overreach and abuse of power goes on and on.

What God gave us in The Garden in the very beginning, which is the FREEDOM to do righteous things, is what all of us should rightfully demand that others respect and honor, when challenged, anywhere and everywhere—but ESPECIALLY in the good ol’ U.S. of A, the greatest, most powerful, most generous nation in all the world.

But just know, Soldiers of Winter, that this exceptional state of being can be taken away, albeit forcefully but unlawfully, by the tyranny of the Left, also known as the Communists, who aim to erode our freedoms and who seek for us a life of mediocrity--or worse, via the Cloward-Piven strategy.

These arrogant agents of oppression who live for false virtue signaling and division baiting, should never be allowed to succeed.

Like President Ronald Wilson Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.”

We, The People should utilize all peaceful means necessary, afforded by God’s TRUE WILL: LIBERTY, AND the laws of our Constitutional Republic—that has FEATURES of democracy, to prevent AND to prosecute American communists for their unlawful prosecution and persecution of others who don’t share identical views. These days even the prosecution of our 45th President Donald John Trump, and the J6 political prisoners, is a form of persecution of innocent Americans. It is unlawful political targeting and prosecutorial malpractice—to a CRIMINAL degree.

For every Congressional attention paid to the J6 topic, there should also be focus on the BLM, Inc. riots, where businesses and livelihoods were destroyed and lives were lost. The founders of BLM, Inc. have even ADMITTED to be “trained Marxists." (For the uninitiated, Marxism is one of the strongest opposing doctrines of individual liberties around.) There is a January 6th Commission. Where is the Black Lives Matter, INC. riots commission?? BLM, Inc. has recently been exposed for the frauds that they are; racial supremacists, who espouse ideas that DO NOT promote the equality and equal justice and application of the law. But rather, leftist racial supremacists like BLM, Inc., promote special treatment of people and groups likeminded with them, and harshly unfair treatment of conservatives and patriots.

Communists, a.k.a. leftist Democrats, seek to obstruct your right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, JUST BECAUSE of the very fact that you DISAGREE with them. Disagreement and dissent without getting harassed, threatened, arrested—or exterminated—is your lawful God-given right, and the foundation of the First Amendment freedoms of expression (be it of speech, of the press, of peaceful assembly, of notification of grievances to the government) and religion.

The BILL OF RIGHTS is a mere but important REMINDER, the second iteration, a REITERATION of your God-given rights as a human being, that you were conceived to be free, that you were born free, not just to live free, but to DIE in FREEDOM—NOT in captivity, literally or bureaucratically, not under the control of other self-appointed, high-and-mighty human beings, seeking to be monarchs in our constitutional, free republic—that has features of democracy—BUT is not actually a democracy, which by definition, allows for MOB RULE. This was NOT the Founders’ vision for us. Corruption and mob rule was not the Founder’s vision for America. The word “democracy” is found NOWHERE in our nation’s founding documents. Jus’ sayin’.

Fellow mortals who unlawfully seek to control us via oligarchy, via self-appointed elitist ruling class, live by a double standard, an hypocrisy—of which they are indifferent to us pointing out—that, “Rules are for Thee, but not for me.” These COMMIES, these American leftist Democrats and their ilk, were the objects of IMITATION and of emulation by the Nazis before and during World War II. Ask filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. This fact should tell anyone with an average IQ that the American Democrat party is not one to look up to and admire. Despite their name, the Democrat party is THE LEAST DEMOCRATIC of our American two-party system—the LEAST SUPPORTIVE of freedom and equal justice under the law FOR ALL.

BUT according to Natural Law, and according to the FREE WILL to do righteous things that our Heavenly Father gave us, via Adam and Eve in The Garden…

YES, YOU WERE BORN TO LIVE AND DIE FREE.

But freedom isn’t free. As John Philpot Curran once said, “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.” And all must give some, but some gave all, having given their lives, for liberty.

Know this self-evident truth. Defend it. Know that your rights are not gifts to be given or taken away by any one man, mortal or any government. Your rights are FROM GOD. Aim always to be peaceful. But be prepared and ready for anything, in defense of yourself, of your family, of God, of your country, and of your human rights. Be Soldiers of Winter for the very fact, that by virtue of YOUR BIRTH ALONE, your freedom to do righteous things, your freedom to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and to KEEP AMERICA GREAT, is YOURS.
